What is the Transit Master Plan?
The Transit Master Plan (TMP) is the region's long range blueprint for travel and mobility. It guides a shared vision for what projects or programs the region focuses on to provide transportation services to its citizens and how those programs are funded. Through the planning process these projects and programs are developed in the context of the broader community goals of smart land use, economic development, and support for citizens in all stages of their life.
